Introducing Brandon Oppelt

Originally from the Brainerd Lakes area, Brandon has a unique understanding of the draw to Minnesota. After graduating from Brainerd High School, Brandon attended North Dakota State University, where he studied Sports and Urban Turfgrass Management, also known as golf course management. With the knowledge learned, Brandon worked in golf courses in three different states in the western U.S. before coming back home to his last stop in his golf career, and then he followed by serving the community as the Parks Supervisor for the City of Lakeville before starting a career in real estate.

 At a young age, Brandon developed an interest for real estate. As a child, he often found himself looking through the Brainerd newspaper at the homes for sale, drawn in by the architecture. After living in five states and enamored by homes in those locations, Brandon’s love for beautiful houses continued to grow. Now, as an agent, Brandon shares his passion for real estate with his clients. His main focus is providing a positive experience filled with honesty and integrity for his clients. Brandon sees himself as a life-long resource of knowledge for his clients to help guide them through any and all real estate transactions.

Now settled into Farmington, Brandon spends as much of his free time outside as he can. As an avid golfer, Brandon can be found on the course or on his annual destination golfing trip. Additionally, he enjoys hunting, fishing, hiking, cooking, and competing in the occasional food eating competition or challenge. One of Brandon’s biggest goals is to build a portfolio of long- and short-term investment properties.
