About Wesley Hendrickson

I was born and raised in the Brainerd Lakes Area and graduated from Brainerd High School. I went on to attend Northwestern College in St. Paul, where I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.

That education, along with my continued interest in human behavior and decision-making, still plays a major role in how I serve my clients today.

Before real estate, I worked as a Mental Health Practitioner serving school-aged youth. That experience shaped my ability to listen, guide, and support people through challenging situations with patience and empathy.

My own difficult real estate experiences ultimately fueled my motivation to get licensed, and real estate became the perfect avenue for me to build a business while impacting lives in a meaningful way.

What sets me apart is my growth- and development-driven approach and my genuine motivation to see others succeed. With a background in psychology and counseling and over eight years of real estate experience, I bring a servant-leader mindset and an obsession with the client experience into every transaction. I focus heavily on education, strategy, and negotiation so my clients feel confident and supported from start to finish. I want my clients to remember me for delivering an exceptional client experience, serving as a trusted educational advisor, and negotiating with skill and integrity on their behalf.

Looking ahead, my personal goal is to be present and intentional as I watch my kids grow into responsible, caring humans. Professionally, I aim to become the most referred agent in the Brainerd Lakes Area and to serve and support the onboarding and growth of two new agents each year.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy running, eating great food, and spending as much time as possible playing with my kids. I’m a proud dad to my twins, Oliver and Lucy, and my youngest, Della. If I’m not working with clients, you’ll likely find me wrestling with my kids, out for a run on the trails around Baxter, or enjoying a local restaurant.
