About Trent Seaman

I grew up in Connecticut just outside of New York City, and also spent time in California before graduating from Xavier University in 1992. I attended Fairfield Prep and built my career on a strong foundation of sales, marketing, and leadership.

For the past 23 years, I have made Minnesota home and proudly call the Twin Cities my community. My wife Amy and I have been married for 26 years, and we have three kids, JT, Caitlin, and Brianna. We have lived in St. Louis Park for 24 years and love being part of this area.

Before real estate, I spent 20 years in executive level sales and marketing, along with 13 years in the apparel industry. I also served as the Head Baseball Coach at Dakota County Technical College, which strengthened my leadership skills and passion for mentoring others.

I chose to pursue real estate because it allows me to combine my extensive sales and marketing background with my deep knowledge of the Twin Cities market. I primarily work on the west side of Minneapolis and enjoy helping first time home buyers, families, and those relocating to the area. My experience gives my clients a strategic advantage when it comes to pricing, positioning, and negotiating.

What sets me apart is my professional sales expertise and long standing knowledge of the local market. I take pride in creating customized strategies for each client to ensure they feel confident and competitive in any market. I want my clients to remember me for providing great service and for always being there for them, even long after the transaction is complete.

Outside of real estate, I love all sports, playing golf, attending Wolves, Wild, and Twins games, cooking, and anything related to automobiles.
