About Traivis Dykema

I’m Traivis, proudly farm raised in Raymond, Minnesota near Willmar in Kandiyohi County. I grew up on a hobby farm with horses, where I learned the value of hard work, problem solving, and caring for what you have.

I moved to the Twin Cities to attend Bethel University, earning my BA in Business Finance, and shortly after met my wife Mallory. Today we live in Coon Rapids in the North Metro, where we are raising our five kids and staying active in our community.

Before real estate, I worked in benefits consulting, helping corporations design and oversee retirement plans. That experience sharpened my financial insight and attention to detail, skills I now use to guide clients through one of the most important investments of their lives.

My journey into real estate started early, working on projects with my dad and helping finish our family home. My wife and I bought a foreclosure as our first home so we could renovate it and make it our own, and I have since remodeled investment properties and adapted homes for multigenerational living. I love caring for people and I love houses, which makes this career a natural fit.

What sets me apart is the knowledge I share with my clients and my commitment to serving them long after closing. I hope to be remembered as a fixer, someone who solves problems big and small and always has my clients’ best interests at heart. My goal is to lovingly serve others, help people discover their potential, and lead my family well. Real estate for me is about building lasting relationships and strong foundations for families.
