About Tracy Feran

Tracy Feran is a dedicated real estate professional whose passion for building, creating, and guiding clients through their real estate journey sets her apart. Originally from Faribault, MN, Tracy graduated from Faribault Senior High School and went on to earn her ASE Automotive Technician degree from Dakota County Technical College. Before transitioning into real estate, Tracy spent years as the Reconditioning Department Manager at Apple Valley Ford. Known for her professionalism, top-notch communication, and confidence, Tracy approaches each transaction with enthusiasm, knowledge, and a genuine commitment to her clients’ success. Real estate isn’t just part of her life—it’s all she does. Her goal is to build a personal book of business that not only provides financial freedom but also allows her to create lasting relationships with those she serves. Outside of real estate, Tracy enjoys camping, cooking, golfing, attending events with friends, and relaxing on the deck with a cocktail alongside her wife, a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. Together, they have a blended family of five wonderful children—two proudly serving in the Army National Guard, two in college, and one in high school—as well as two beloved dogs. Whether buying or selling, clients know they can count on Tracy to be passionate, reliable, and trustworthy. She’s someone who makes the process not only smooth, but truly enjoyable.
