About Tory Dalbec
I’m from Edina, Minnesota, and it’s where I’ve built my life, career, and strong sense of community. I graduated from Edina High School and went on to attend North Dakota State University, experiences that helped shape my work ethic and competitive mindset.
Before real estate, I spent years coaching hockey, a role I’ve held since 2017, and managed a retail hockey store in Edina from 2020 to 2025.
Coaching and leadership have played a major role in who I am today—teaching discipline, accountability, and the importance of showing up for people when it matters most.
I was drawn to real estate through my own experience using it as a personal investment tool. I’ve seen firsthand how owning real estate can change a family’s financial trajectory, and I’m passionate about helping others understand how to use real estate to build long-term and generational wealth.
What sets me apart is my authenticity and education-first approach. I don’t chase transactions—I focus on guiding clients, helping them understand their options, and making decisions that truly align with their goals. My priority is always doing what’s right for the client, not just what’s next.
I want my clients to remember me as the agent who made sure their needs were met and who earned their trust—someone they’d confidently refer to friends and family when real estate questions come up.
Outside of real estate, I enjoy coaching high school hockey, spending time outdoors, camping or relaxing at our family cabin near Hayward, Wisconsin, walking the dogs, and being with my family.
