Tim is a dedicated real estate professional who brings a wealth of experience and a personal touch to every client relationship. Originally from Burnsville, Minnesota, he now lives in New Prague with his family, where they enjoy the balance of community, family life, and the excitement of helping clients achieve their real estate goals.

A graduate of Burnsville High School, Tim went on to earn a degree in Business Management from Rasmussen University.

Before transitioning into real estate, he built a successful 13-year career in Information Technology Sales. It was the encouragement of a trusted realtor friend—and the desire to make a bigger impact helping families—that inspired him to take the leap into real estate in 2016. Since then, Tim has guided nearly 250 families through buying and selling homes, achieving over $80 million in sales.

What sets Tim apart is a natural ability to connect with people. Clients consistently share that he never feels like a salesperson, but instead like a true advocate who listens, understands, and makes the process both smooth and enjoyable.

Outside of real estate, life is all about family. Together with his spouse and three kids—Elliette (14), Benjamin (16), and Anderson (8)—Tim spends most free time traveling for sports and creating lasting memories. Living on 13 acres in New Prague, complete with a 7-acre professional motocross track, weekends often involve working the skid loader, maintaining the track, or wrenching on dirt bikes.
