Tania Suonvieri is a dedicated real estate agent based in Hibbing, Minnesota—a place she’s proud to have called home her entire life. With deep local roots and a genuine passion for helping people, she brings both heart and hometown knowledge to every transaction.

Before entering the world of real estate, Tania earned her associate’s degree in Health Information Technologies and built a career in healthcare. Her transition into real estate began behind the scenes, working as an office manager at a local brokerage.

Over time, she found herself increasingly drawn to the agent side of the business—intrigued by the impact agents have on their clients’ lives and inspired by the energy of the work. That spark turned into a new career path, and she hasn’t looked back.

Tania is known for being honest, relatable, and refreshingly real. She has a natural way of putting people at ease and is especially passionate about guiding first-time homebuyers. Whether it’s answering questions, offering insights about the local market, or walking clients through the process step-by-step, Tania’s goal is to make every client feel confident and cared for.

Outside of real estate, Tania and her husband Alan, enjoy spending time outdoors and taking trips to explore new places. She’s also a proud mom to two boys, ages 17 and 20. When she’s not working or traveling, you’ll likely find her enjoying the simplicity of small-town life, soaking up family time, or dreaming up what’s next.

Tania’s long-term goal is to continue growing professionally alongside a team she can learn from and thrive with—while staying grounded in the values that brought her into real estate in the first place.
