About Tamara Joy
Blending faith, style, and strategy, I bring a refreshing and authentic presence to the real estate world. I’m from Zimmerman and now live in Monticello, where I’m proud to serve clients across Minnesota with a heart-led approach and a mission rooted in faith.
Before real estate, I spent over a decade as a hairstylist and salon owner. I loved helping people feel confident and seen—and that same passion for serving others naturally led me into real estate. Now, instead of creating a new look, I get to help people create a new chapter of life. Guiding families through one of their biggest decisions brings me so much joy, especially when I can help them see the bigger picture of what God is doing in their lives.
I lead every part of my business with God at the center. He is the CEO of everything I do, and my faith is the foundation of my work. I strive to let His love, peace, and guidance shine through every client interaction. I want my clients to remember me for my love for Jesus—to see His light through me and to feel supported, cared for, and encouraged every step of the way.
My goals for the future are big and faith-filled: to help over 50 families each year, start a podcast, write courses, and inspire others through teaching and speaking. Personally, I want to repurchase my own home, get married, continue serving my church and community, and build a home filled with faith, joy, and love. I believe every goal is possible when it’s rooted in purpose and led by faith.
Outside of real estate, I’m a proud mom of six amazing kids. Life is busy, but it’s beautifully full. I love working out, walking in the sunshine, listening to music, dancing, and attending church. I even love mowing the lawn—it’s my quiet time to reflect and reset. And if you see me out and about, I’ll probably be wearing a dress and heels, because that’s just who I am!
