Hi, I’m Stephanie Mascarenas, a realtor with Pemberton Real Estate here in Minnesota. My journey to real estate has been a winding one—from the deserts of Phoenix, to the mountains of Colorado, to the heart of Kansas City, and finally to Hoyt Lakes, where I’ve called home since 2011.

Before becoming a realtor, I spent over a decade with Blue Cross Blue Shield as a Level 3 Claims Processor. While I was grateful for the experience, I realized I wanted a career that allowed me to connect with people more directly. When the opportunity arose to pursue real estate, I took the leap—and I’ve never looked back.

I absolutely love guiding people through their home-buying and selling journeys. Every transaction is personal to me because it’s not just about the property—it’s about helping people achieve their dreams. Along the way, I’ve built lasting relationships and even gained lifelong friends.

What sets me apart is my dedication and problem-solving mindset. I’m fully present for my clients, I follow through on my word, and I’ll explore every possible solution to make sure we reach the best outcome. My clients know me as honest, hardworking, and supportive—someone they can trust with one of the biggest decisions of their lives.

My professional goals are to continue growing my business, build a strong base of repeat and referral clients, and create lasting financial security for my family. Outside of real estate, I love traveling, crafting, and spending time with my husband, Scott, and our kids. I’m a big fan of live shows—Cirque du Soleil, concerts, and comedians are some of my favorites—and I never turn down the chance to try a new restaurant. Lately, I’ve discovered a love for watercolor painting, which has challenged my creativity in new and surprising ways.
