About Shari McGuire

Shari McGuire grew up moving throughout Minnesota,

North Dakota, and South Dakota, giving her a firsthand understanding of the challenges families face when relocating and starting over. She has called Maple Grove home since 2001. After graduating from Olivia High School, she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Speech/Communications and Political Science from Gustavus Adolphus College.

Before real estate, Shari built a diverse career, most recently serving as Director of Corporate Strategy and Senior Project Manager at a startup. When a layoff opened the door to new possibilities, a friend encouraged her to explore real estate—something she had considered years earlier.

After prayerful reflection, she earned her license within a month and stepped into a career where her strengths quickly shined. Today, Shari is a top-producing Realtor serving the northwest Twin Cities suburbs. With more than six years of experience and credentials such as GRI and PSA, she is known for her persistence, creativity, and streamlined approach.

Outside of real estate, Shari enjoys volunteering, scrapbooking, reading, and podcasts. She also brings a fun and unique background—having worked with Matt “Dr. Fink” from Prince and The Revolution, appearing briefly in The Mighty Ducks, riding in the Goodyear Blimp, and published two books, one of which is a best-seller.
