Shari Gesche has spent nearly two decades helping people do more than just buy or sell homes — she helps them build lives and create lasting memories. Originally from Bloomington, Minnesota, Shari blends deep market knowledge with a true passion for guiding her clients every step of the way.
After graduating from Jefferson Senior High and earning her associate's degree from Normandale Community College, Shari spent 15 years excelling in the restaurant industry as a server, trainer, and manager.
It was real estate — starting with residential property management in 2007 — that truly captured her heart, offering endless opportunities for growth, connection, and impact.
Shari’s commitment to personalized, client-focused service sets her apart. She knows every client’s journey is unique, and she takes the time to understand their specific needs and goals. Whether buying a first home, selling a family property, or making an investment, Shari’s clients trust her to have their best interests at heart — and to deliver with professionalism, care, and expert guidance.
Today, Shari is focused on expanding her Senior Advocate Specialist services, helping seniors navigate downsizing and accessibility needs with compassion and expertise. She's dedicated to her fitness journey, finding balance between health, family time with her grandkids, relaxing at the lake — and occasionally indulging in her favorite Ben & Jerry’s ice cream.
Outside of real estate, you’ll often find Shari working out, golfing, or hanging out with her beloved rescue dog of 11 years — a loyal whippet-retriever mix who’s been by her side through it all.
