About Shainell Oachs
I grew up in Esko, MN, where small-town values and a strong work ethic shaped who I am today. After earning my Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Psychology from the University of Minnesota Duluth, I began my career in healthcare.
When COVID hit, I launched a small business to supplement my income, and its success opened an unexpected door. A broker saw my entrepreneurial drive and encouraged me to pursue real estate. I believe doors open and close for a reason, so I took the leap—and I’ve been committed to this path ever since.
As a Realtor, I pride myself on exceptional communication, strong negotiation skills, and an unwavering dedication to my clients. I’m not afraid to advocate fiercely on their behalf—whether that means out-negotiating multiple offers or ensuring every detail is handled with care. My clients know they can count on me to be responsive, organized, honest, and relentlessly focused on their success.
What sets me apart is my ability to balance professionalism with approachability. I bring integrity, discretion, and a keen eye for detail and design to every transaction, while also making sure the process is smooth, clear, and even enjoyable. My goal is for every client to walk away feeling supported, informed, and confident in their decisions.
Outside of real estate, I enjoy lifting weights, biking, yoga, quilting, cooking, and spending time with my two Miniature Pinschers. Looking ahead, my goals are both personal and professional: building my dream home, traveling the world, and reaching the top 1% of my firm by selling 100 homes a year while continuing to provide the highest level of service.
