Ryan Walseth, known by many as Wally, is a Minneapolis native and licensed Realtor with TAYLRD Real Estate, powered by Pemberton Homes. He is a graduate of the University of Minnesota Duluth and brings more than 20 years of entrepreneurial experience into his real estate career.

His approach is rooted in relationships, service, and delivering an exceptional client experience from start to finish.

Before real estate, Ryan built a highly successful in-home personal training business, serving an influential client base that included business owners, executives, investors, and philanthropic leaders across a five-state region. That background instilled a deep appreciation for discipline, consistency, and high-touch service.

Inspired by strong mentorship, Ryan transitioned into real estate full time in 2017 and has since consistently ranked among the top 3 percent of agents in Minnesota. In addition to sales, he brings experience in real estate investing and property management, having managed multiple properties with a near-perfect occupancy rate.
