About Rochelle Schmidt
I was born, raised, and proudly still live in St. Paul, Minnesota. Before I got into real estate, I worked in IT as a project manager, and while I learned a lot, I realized I wanted something more personal—a business of my own where I could help people in a meaningful way. Real estate gave me that opportunity, and I’ve never looked back.
What keeps me in this industry is simple: the people. I’ve had incredible mentors along the way, and I’ve found that what comes most naturally to me—building real connections—is exactly what helps my clients the most.
I believe in the power of conversation. Taking the time to truly understand what’s next for you and how we can get there together is the foundation of everything I do.
My goal is to make you feel like you’re my only client. I want you to feel prepared, supported, and cared for, not just professionally, but personally too. This process is more than buying or selling a home—it’s about your story, your dreams, and creating a clear path of where you want to go.
Outside of work, I love to hike, bike, garden, cook, and travel. I play the piano and speak Spanish fluently. I also love spending time with my son and his family. In 2025, I took a five-month sabbatical to travel the country in a camper with my dog Freddy, a Westie. It was an unforgettable adventure that reminded me how much I love Minnesota—and how grateful I am to be rooted here.
Looking ahead, I want to continue growing my business, help 50+ clients a year, and make space for more travel and memories with the people I love. But no matter what’s next, my focus remains the same: creating powerful connections and helping you feel truly at home—wherever that may be.
