Robert, known to many as Robbie, brings a modern, design-driven approach to real estate shaped by his roots in Los Angeles, California. He graduated from Serrano High School and Concorde College and began his career in staging, styling, and interior design.

Working closely with homeowners to prepare properties for market gave him a deep understanding of how strategic design and thoughtful preparation directly impact value, leading him naturally into real estate.

Robbie is the creator of his Modern Method, built on Preparation, Presentation, and Pricing. Rather than waiting for buyers, his approach creates demand through strategic improvements, design-forward staging, premium marketing, and intelligent, data-backed pricing. This method reduces stress for sellers while maximizing profit in a market where buyers expect turnkey homes.

Outside of real estate, Robbie enjoys staying active through biking, running, kayaking, and skiing, and expresses his creativity through photography and videography while traveling. He is passionate about animal rescue, queer advocacy, and building inclusive community, and brings a global perspective shaped by travel to all seven continents.
