Before diving into real estate, Ray built his career in aviation, working as a Line Technician and later as a Supervisor at airports in Minnesota and Montana.

That fast-paced, high-responsibility environment shaped his ability to stay calm under pressure, solve problems quickly, and never cut corners—skills that now give his real estate clients a major advantage.

Ray was drawn to real estate by his natural independence and his drive to help people through complex decisions and emotional moments. He thrives on being the calm in the chaos, the person clients can rely on to stay sharp, steady, and fully focused on their best outcome. What sets him apart? Outside of real estate, Ray is a licensed pilot and a lifelong lover of the outdoors. He hunts every fall, carves up the slopes on his snowboard, longboards for fun, and hits the surf whenever he can. Above all, he feels most grounded when surrounded by people he cares about.
