About Randa Haug

I’m a Colorado native who moved to Minnesota after high school and eventually fell in love with the Up North Lakes area. Helping families find the right home or vacation getaway in a community I truly care about is what drives my work and keeps me passionate about real estate.

I earned my Bachelor’s degree from the College of St. Scholastica and bring a strong background in customer service and business management into every transaction.

My own buying and selling experiences inspired me to become an agent who truly listens, advocates, and makes the process feel clear and supportive. I believe informed clients make confident decisions, and I take pride in educating my clients so they feel comfortable every step of the way. Clear communication, attention to detail, and genuine care are at the core of how I work.

What sets me apart is my client-centric approach and my love for helping people. I strive to provide exceptional service, build lasting relationships, and create a smooth experience that naturally leads to referrals and repeat clients. I want every client to feel that they were truly cared for and that their goals always came first.

Outside of real estate, I love sunshine, spending time with my grandbabies, and enjoying life on the water with my family. Paddle boarding, boating, and soaking in summer sunrises and sunsets at the cabin are some of my favorite moments. A fun fact about me is that I start almost every day with a cup of coffee outside whenever the sun is shining.
