About Nick Bock
Nicholas was born in Kansas City, Missouri, and spent much of his life moving, having lived in 10 states and three countries before putting down roots in Blaine, Minnesota, where he has lived for the past decade.
Moving was a constant in his life, shaping how he views home not just as a place, but as an anchor during seasons of change. Those experiences gave him a deep appreciation for how powerfully a home influences stability, identity, and the chapters of a person’s life.
He graduated from Edina High School and earned a double major in Political Science and Arabic from the University of Notre Dame, with additional graduate-level coursework at the Carlson School of Management.
Before entering real estate, Nicholas founded and scaled CrossFit Southpaw in Mounds View, successfully selling the business in 2024. Earlier in his career, he also worked in politics and served as a firefighter, building a foundation rooted in leadership, resilience, and service.
Nicholas approaches real estate as a decision-making discipline rather than a sales role. He combines systems, data, and clear strategy with real human context, helping clients understand how a home fits into their broader life and financial goals. Known for his honesty and willingness to have tough conversations, he works tirelessly to help clients make confident, well-timed decisions they won’t second-guess.
Outside of real estate, Nicholas lives in Blaine with his wife, Kelly, and their children, Clark and Gemma. He is an avid gym-goer, a former collegiate boxer, and enjoys playing guitar and lifelong learning. Having spent six years living in the Middle East and Eastern Asia, and being active in recovery, he brings a grounded, global, and deeply intentional perspective to both his work and life.
