Natalya came to the United States from Odessa, Ukraine over 20 years ago, bringing a Management degree and a background in sales and marketing. After settling here, she helped run a used motorcycle dealership, managing sales, customer service, and day-to-day operations.

Working in a fast-paced and highly competitive business environment sharpened her negotiation skills, communication style, and ability to build trust with people from all walks of life. Her experiences taught her that relationships are built on follow-through, honesty, and treating every person with dignity — principles she carries into every real estate transaction.

Real estate became the natural next chapter — a career where she could take ownership of her success while helping others make meaningful decisions about home and investment. Natalya is known for being calm, direct, and unafraid of difficult conversations. She approaches every client with honesty, empathy, and professionalism, and is remembered as someone who is trustworthy, knowledgeable, and deeply committed to their best interests. She believes that buying or selling a home should never feel overwhelming; her goal is to educate, guide, and advocate every step of the way.

As her business grows, Natalya plans to continue building passive income through investment properties and surrounding herself with people who encourage growth, confidence, and possibility.

Outside of real estate, Natalya enjoys gardening, traveling, riding motorcycles, and spending time with her three granddaughters. She has two dogs, Puck and Lexi, and a Bengal cat named Luna, and has a special knack for connecting with animals — dogs seem to gravitate to her naturally. She also loves exploring new places, including bungee jumping at the Kawarau Bungy Centre in New Zealand. Each fall, her family takes an RV trip up north to recharge and enjoy time together in nature.
