About Morgan Leone

Hi, I’m Morgan. I graduated from Park High School in Cottage Grove and now proudly call Hastings home.

Before beginning my career in Real Estate, I built a strong foundation in leadership and customer service as an Assistant Manager at Walmart and later as a Store Leader for Maurices.

Those roles shaped my work ethic and taught me the importance of communication, accountability, and truly showing up for people.

I was inspired to pursue real estate to create more time with my kids and family while building a career that allows me to grow personally and professionally.

What sets me apart is my commitment to always going above and beyond. I am there for my clients every step of the way, quick to respond, reliable, honest, and trustworthy. I believe the right home comes at the right time, and my role is to support and guide my clients through that journey with care and patience.

I want my clients to remember me as more than just their Realtor. My goal is to build lasting relationships and become someone they trust and stay connected with long after the sale. I truly care about what is in my clients’ best interest and what brings them happiness.

Looking ahead, my personal goals include taking at least one family vacation a year and exploring new places with my kids as often as I can.

Outside of real estate, I am a mom to three kids who love being outdoors, so you will often find us exploring together. I also love coffee and shopping, which are two of my favorite ways to recharge.
