About Michael Chico

I’m originally from South Minneapolis, where I grew up and spent most of my life. I now live in Brooklyn Center, and I’m proud to continue serving the communities that shaped who I am today.

I graduated from Hope Academy in South Minneapolis and am currently a sophomore at the University of St. Thomas in Saint Paul, studying finance and real estate.

I’ve always been drawn to business, numbers, and building things from the ground up, and my education reflects that passion.

I was inspired to pursue real estate through my brother and the work he does in construction. Being around that environment sparked my interest in development, investment, and understanding how properties are built, improved, and positioned for long-term value. At the same time, I’m passionate about helping people in my community buy their first home and begin building wealth through real estate.

What sets me apart is my combination of bilingual communication in English and Spanish, strong sales and negotiation experience, and a relentless drive to succeed. I’m young, hungry, a fast learner, and willing to outwork anyone. I’m also a numbers-focused person who believes smart decisions are built on solid data and strategy.

I want my clients to remember me as someone who truly helped them see what was possible. Our team’s tagline is Your vision is our mission, and I live by that. My focus is helping people envision themselves in the right home and making the process clear, efficient, and stress-free.

Looking ahead, my goals are both big and deeply personal. Professionally, I’m focused on growing across real estate and business while building a strong investment portfolio. Personally, my greatest goal is to retire my parents and give them the life they always deserved but never had the opportunity to experience.
