About Luke Pettersen

I’m Luke, born and raised in Minnetonka, Minnesota. I graduated from Minnetonka High School and went on to attend the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management.

Before real estate, I spent my college years focused on baseball, which taught me discipline, teamwork, and perseverance — lessons I carry into every client relationship today.

I got into real estate thanks to my brother, AJ, who convinced me to give it a try. Since then, I’ve discovered how much I genuinely enjoy helping people find the right home or make smart investment decisions. What sets me apart is how much I care about my clients and my knowledge of the product. I want my clients to remember me for both — someone who is invested in their success and can guide them confidently through every step of the process.

I’m also a real estate investor, having purchased a duplex with my wife at 24 and now owning 17 single-family rentals with my family. My goal is to continue growing my business and our office while creating opportunities for clients and investors alike.

Outside of real estate, I love sports, tackling DIY projects, and spending quality time with my wife Caitlin and our daughter Millie. Being a “life player” means balancing work, family, and personal growth while helping others achieve their real estate dreams.
