About Kerri Stephens

I was born and raised in Minnesota and now live in Zimmerman with my family. After graduating from Park Center High School, I earned my associate’s degree and went on to spend more than 25 years in the dental field, managing many different aspects of the profession.

That experience shaped my communication skills, my patience, and my passion for helping people feel supported. It also taught me how to work through stressful situations with calm and confidence—something my clients value today.

Over the years, I discovered how much I enjoyed building connections and guiding people through important life decisions.

Real estate has always called to me because of the impact a home has on someone’s life. Helping people reach their goal of homeownership is something I truly love. There is nothing more rewarding than guiding clients through the process, supporting them at every step, and celebrating the moment they get to call a place their own. I take pride in creating an experience that feels organized, reassuring, and genuinely cared for. My goal is to make the journey feel as meaningful as the outcome.

My clients appreciate that I communicate clearly, consistently, and proactively—you're never left wondering what comes next. I also specialize in working with seniors, offering the extra understanding and guidance needed during important transitions. No matter the situation, I lead with care, integrity, and a focus on what’s best for my clients. I strive to build relationships that last long after closing, built on trust and genuine connection. My hope is that every client feels seen, heard, and supported from beginning to end.

Professionally, I hope to continue growing my business and expand my work within the senior community. Personally, I’m focused on making the most of family time, especially as my oldest son approaches his senior year. Finding balance between growth and being present is incredibly important to me. I’m excited for the next chapter, both in life and in my real estate career, and I look forward to serving even more families in the years ahead.

Outside of real estate, I love spending time with my husband and our two sons. We enjoy traveling, weekends at our lake place, and camping—anything that lets us be together and enjoy the outdoors. Those moments remind me why home matters so much, and why helping others find theirs is such an honor.
