About Kelly Madden

Kelly Madden is a Minnesota native, born and raised in Stillwater and now proudly calling the Longfellow neighborhood of South Minneapolis home. A graduate of Stillwater Area High School and the University of Wisconsin–Stout, Kelly holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design—a foundation that continues to elevate her work in real estate today.

Before stepping into the world of real estate, Kelly worked in interior design and retail sales, honing her eye for detail, home value, and renovation potential.

Her passion for historic homes runs deep; she’s spent years restoring properties—both personally and professionally—and brings that same vision and expertise to every client interaction. Whether it’s helping buyers see the potential in a fixer-upper or advising sellers on cost-effective improvements, Kelly brings real-world knowledge to every step of the process.

Known for her responsiveness and genuine care, Kelly aims to be more than just a real estate professional—she’s the trusted guide clients rely on long after the deal is done. She prides herself on being available, approachable, and endlessly resourceful—especially for first-time buyers and those navigating major life transitions.

Outside of real estate, Kelly is a proud mom of three—Hazel (6), Leo (4), and Lily (1)—and enjoys traveling with her family (yes, even international adventures with toddlers in tow).

Fun fact: she was a competitive figure skater for 15 years!
