About Jolene Balfany

I’m from Coon Rapids, Minnesota, and I’ve always known I wasn’t wired for a traditional 9–5. I’m an entrepreneur at heart and thrive on connecting with people, solving problems, and helping others navigate major life transitions.

I graduated from Blaine High School and earned my paralegal degree from North Hennepin Community College, graduating cum laude with national Dean’s List recognition.

Before real estate, I worked in personal injury law and at the Anoka County Attorney’s Office, experience that sharpened my attention to detail, strengthened my contract knowledge, and shaped my strong advocacy skills.

Real estate is where my passion for people and my entrepreneurial mindset come together. I love being a steady, knowledgeable guide through some of the biggest decisions my clients will ever make. I’m not salesy or pushy—in fact, I’m known for advising clients not to move forward when something isn’t right. I treat every client like family and focus on protecting their best interests above all else.

I want my clients to remember me as someone who truly cared, showed up with heart and expertise, and remained a trusted resource long after closing. Building long-term relationships—not just completing transactions—is at the core of how I do business. Professionally, I’m focused on growing a relationship-driven business rooted in integrity, education, and elevated service. Personally, I value time with family, travel, and building a life that feels meaningful and grounded.

Outside of real estate, I love camping, travel, and incredible dining experiences. Fun fact: I moved out at 15, struggled in high school, and made a full comeback by graduating college with honors and national recognition—a reminder that the path doesn’t have to be straight to be successful.
