About Jeff Nobleza

Jeff Nobleza is a trusted real estate advisor who prioritizes his clients' needs and goals throughout every transaction. He often refers to himself as his clients' 'corner man,' always by their side to guide, advise, and support them throughout their real estate journey. His goal is to provide information, education, and options to help his clients make the best decision possible.  

After earning a degree in accountancy from DePaul University, Jeff worked as an accountant and analyst before transitioning into real estate in 2009. In 2015, Jeff and his family relocated to Minnesota to be closer to loved ones and ensure his son could experience the state's excellent public schools.

Jeff has worked with a wide variety of clients, from first-time homebuyers to corporate entities and investors. His diverse experience includes advising on trusts and estates, 1031 exchange transactions, brokering commercial real estate transactions, and everything in between.

Outside of real estate, Jeff enjoys unwinding with friends at happy hour, playing bass guitar at church, and performing with local bands. Though he has embraced Minnesotan hobbies like fishing and making lefse, he proudly cheers for the Chicago Cubs and indulges in Chicago-style Italian beef and deep-dish pizza.
