About Hunter Balfany

Hunter is a Minnesota native who lives in the north metro and is deeply connected to the communities he serves. He graduated from Forest Lake High School and went on to serve in the United States Navy, where he developed discipline, accountability, and the ability to perform under pressure—skills he brings into every real estate transaction.

His commitment to service and follow-through shows up in everything he does for his clients.

Before real estate, Hunter worked in the trades as a roofer and framer, gaining hands-on knowledge of how homes are built and what to look for beyond surface details. That background gives his clients added confidence and insight throughout the buying and selling process.

Hunter was drawn to real estate because he sees homeownership as a major life milestone and values being part of that journey. Working alongside his parents’ real estate team, he’s gained valuable experience in client relations, marketing, and transaction support.

What sets Hunter apart is his combination of trade experience, military service, and straightforward approach. He’s known for being honest, responsive, and reliable, and for making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

He wants his clients to remember him as someone who genuinely cared about their goals and consistently went the extra mile to make sure they felt supported and informed. Building trust and long-term relationships is at the core of how he approaches real estate.

Outside of real estate, Hunter enjoys reading Scripture, snowboarding, hiking, and camping. He values time outdoors, meaningful conversations, and continuous personal growth.
