Hi, I’m Holley! I was born and raised right here in Minnesota—grew up in Saint Paul and now call Hugo home. I’ve always loved everything about this state: the lakes, the people, and the sense of community that makes it feel so special.

I graduated from North Saint Paul High School and originally started college at Globe University with plans to become a veterinarian. After completing some generals at UMD, I realized my true passion was elsewhere and decided to switch gears completely to pursue real estate.

Before becoming an agent, I worked in title insurance, where I learned the ins and outs of the industry and made amazing connections with agents and lenders who inspired me to take the leap and start helping people face-to-face.

My background gives me a unique perspective in real estate—I’ve worked in multiple sectors of the industry, from title insurance to renovating homes to guiding buyers and sellers through their own real estate journeys. I love connecting with people, understanding their goals, fears, and dreams, and bringing warmth, humor, and optimism to every step of the process. My goal is always to make the experience as smooth, memorable, and enjoyable as possible.

Looking ahead, I’m focused on continued growth—building strong client relationships, serving my community, and expanding my real estate knowledge to better serve every buyer and seller I work with. I’m also passionate about creating balance in my life, working toward growing a rental portfolio and maintaining the flexibility to be fully present with my son.

Outside of real estate, you can usually find me on the volleyball court! I’ve been playing since fourth grade and still play in sand leagues every summer. I also love hiking, camping, and exploring new places—especially anywhere I can bring my dogs along. And when I’m not outdoors, I’m probably planning my next travel adventure.
