About Heidi Christian

Hi, I’m Heidi Christian! I grew up in Brooklyn Park and now call Elk River home. I graduated from Park Center High School in 1996 and went on to the Aveda Institute, where I graduated in 2001. I’ve been a hairstylist for over 25 years and I still am!

Working so closely with people for decades has given me a deep understanding of personalities, communication, and how to build trust quickly. That background has shaped who I am today: someone who listens closely, connects easily, and knows how to keep things calm when situations get stressful.

My interest in real estate began when my husband Ben and I bought our home in Elk River in 2015. I found myself fascinated by the process and loved everything from touring homes to understanding how each step came together. That curiosity eventually turned into a career, and I’ve now been a real estate agent for over two and a half years. I also serve as a showing agent with Pemberton Real Estate, where I love helping clients feel comfortable, informed, and excited throughout their journey.

What sets me apart is my ability to quickly defuse challenging situations while keeping things light and positive. I bring a fun, caring, and knowledgeable approach to every interaction, and my goal is always to make the process feel as smooth and enjoyable as possible. I want my clients to remember me as someone who truly cared, knew her stuff, and made the experience a good one.

Outside of real estate, family is everything to me. Ben and I have two grown sons, Cooper and Bennett, and we love spending time together—especially up north at our family cabin on Spectacle Lake or out on the boat. I’m a big fan of traveling, concerts, all things music and hockey, and of course… Diet Coke. Looking ahead, my goals include owning a couple of rental properties, achieving financial freedom, and continuing to explore the world through travel.
