Erin Smiler is a licensed real estate agent serving the Twin Cities metro and surrounding communities. Originally from Eagan, Minnesota, she now lives in Elko New Market with her boyfriend John and their three amazing kids—Peyton, Paisley, and Palmer.

Before real estate, Erin co-owned Wedding Ready MN, a successful on-site hair and makeup company for over a decade. That experience gave her the drive, communication skills, and client-first mindset that now define her real estate approach.

Inspired by her mom’s career in real estate and mortgage, Erin has always had a passion for homes, design, and the stories they hold. Today, she brings that same passion to helping clients through major life transitions—whether it’s buying a first home, moving as a single parent, or finding the right fit for a growing family.
