Born and raised in the East Phillips neighborhood of South Minneapolis, Erik Godinez brings deep local knowledge and a real passion for helping others. Now living in New Hope, he’s focused on guiding clients—especially first-time buyers—toward homeownership and long-term stability for themselves and future generations.

After earning a Business Marketing degree from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities, Erik got his start assisting one of Minnesota’s top-producing agents.

That experience shaped his hands-on, detail-focused approach and set the standard for how he serves his own clients today.
