About David Gutierrez

Originally from Ecuador, David learned at a young age that he wanted to help others. After moving to the states, David earned a degree in Business Administration from Normandale Community College before entering into the workforce. Before earning his real estate license, David worked for a mortgage underwriter at Bell Bank Mortgage. When the opportunity to help others buy and sell real estate arrived, David took it.

As an agent, David prides himself on delivering first class service every day. A true believer in hard work, David’s integrity to his clients shines through every transaction. His biggest hope is that his clients remember him as a kind, respectful person who advocated for them no matter what. David loves the opportunity to serve both English and Spanish speaking clients.

When he’s not helping others, David can be found spending time outdoors with his wife, Sarah and their two children. David enjoys a long cycle or run by the lake, or playing tennis, soccer, and pickleball. David’s biggest goals are to build a real estate investment portfolio and create financial freedom for his family.
