About Coleten Roberts
Hello, I am Coleten! I was born and raised in Forest Lake, Minnesota, and I still proudly call it home. Growing up here has given me a strong connection to the community and a genuine appreciation for the role homeownership plays in people’s lives.
I graduated from Forest Lake Area High School and began my career working in HOA management and sales. Through that work, I gained thousands of hours of experience guiding people through transactions across multiple industries, both business-to-business and business-to-consumer.
I’ve worked closely with HOA boards, property managers, contractors, and insurers, giving me a clear understanding of how building condition, capital needs, and insurance considerations impact value and long-term ownership.
I was drawn to real estate because I believe homeownership is one of the most meaningful milestones in an American’s life. My goal is to help clients navigate that process with clarity, confidence, and informed decision-making. I take a practical, business-minded approach and focus on providing guidance that goes beyond the transaction itself.
What sets me apart is my strong communication, efficiency, and transaction experience. I’m organized, responsive, and committed to making the process as smooth and straightforward as possible. I want my clients to remember me as someone who kept them informed, respected their time, and delivered results.
Looking ahead, my professional goal is to own my own business, and personally, I hope to own a home and start a family. Outside of real estate, I enjoy going to the gym, staying involved in my church, reading, watching movies, and spending time with family.
