About Christina Avery
Hi, I’m Christina Avery. I grew up in the small farm town of Moose Lake, Minnesota, where I learned the value of hard work and perseverance from an early age.
After high school, I moved to Minneapolis, worked as a full-time nanny, and earned my degree in Business Management from Rasmussen University by attending night school.
My career started with Dow Chemical, where I gained valuable experience in Inside Sales and Human Resources. In 2001, I followed my true passion—real estate. I’ve always loved touring homes and new construction, and I quickly realized that helping people navigate one of the biggest investments of their lives was the perfect fit for me.
Nearly 25 years later, I still love that no two transactions are ever the same. My experience has included everything from traditional residential sales to investment, relocation, short sales, and bank-owned properties. Along the way, I’ve also earned my broker’s license, managed a brokerage, and obtained additional certifications, including my GRI designation and relocation and first-time homebuyer training.
What sets me apart is the time I take to truly educate and support my clients. I want every client to feel like they’re working with a friend who has their best interests at heart. My goal is to make the process as smooth as possible, while building lifelong relationships along the way.
Outside of real estate, my life is happily full with my husband and our four daughters. You’ll often find me cheering them on at sporting events, taking photos, gardening, or planning our next family adventure. I’m passionate about creating memories, whether that’s a family vacation, an anniversary trip with my husband, or simply enjoying time together at home.
A few fun facts about me: I bought my first home at 19, I played softball for 20 years, and in high school I was a hockey cheerleader—yes, we even wore ice skates while doing pyramids!
Real estate has given me the opportunity to combine my love of homes with my love of people, and I’m grateful every day that I get to do what I do. When you choose to work with me, I promise to bring knowledge, care, and dedication to every step of the process.
