Hi, I’m Christina Avery. I grew up in the small farm town just west of Moose Lake, Minnesota, where I learned the value of hard work and perseverance early on.
After high school, I moved to Minneapolis, worked full-time as a nanny, and earned my Business Management degree from Rasmussen University by attending night classes. My career began at Dow Chemical, where I gained foundational experience in Inside Sales and Human Resources.
In 2001, I decided to follow my true passion—real estate. I’ve always loved touring homes and new construction, and I quickly realized how rewarding it is to guide people through one of the largest investments of their lives.
Nearly 25 years later, I still love that no two transactions are ever the same. My experience spans traditional residential sales, investments, relocation, short sales, and bank-owned properties. Over the years, I’ve also earned my broker’s license, managed a brokerage, and obtained additional certifications, including my GRI designation and specialized training in relocation and first-time homebuyer services.
What sets me apart is the time and care I devote to educating and supporting my clients. I want every person I work with to feel like they have a trusted friend in their corner—someone who truly has their best interests at heart. My goal is to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible while building lasting relationships along the way.
Outside of real estate, my life is blessed with a supportive husband and four busy daughters. You’ll often find me cheering them on at sporting events, taking photos, gardening, or planning our next family adventure. I’m passionate about creating meaningful memories—whether it’s a family vacation, an anniversary trip with my husband, or simply enjoying time together at home.
A few fun facts about me: I bought my first home at 19, played softball for 20+ years, and was a hockey cheerleader in high school—yes, we wore ice skates while doing pyramids!
