I'm Britt Schweiger, with roots in South Dakota and a heart set on city life. My academic journey in Financial Planning at South Dakota State University led me to vibrant urban experiences far from my hometown.

From the wide-open spaces of South Dakota, I ventured into the bustle of New York City, embracing an exhilarating summer internship that eventually steered me to the dynamic streets of Minneapolis, where I now reside in St. Louis Park.

WHAT DO YOU LIKE TO DO IN YOUR FREE TIME?

When I'm not immersed in the real estate world, you can find me enjoying workouts at Orange Theory Fitness, corralling my three wild boys, refining my swing on the golf course, indulging in sports, and exploring all the novel experiences the Twin Cities have to offer with family and friends.

HOW DID YOU GET INTO REAL ESTATE?

My real estate passion sparked during a New York City internship, where I relished in client interactions and property tours. This experience, combined with years in commercial real estate and financial management, solidified my desire to pursue this path, leading me to where I am today—licensed, driven, and living my dream.
