About Bethany Leadley
Born and raised in Rosemount, Minnesota, Bethany spent ten years living in Roseau before settling in Jacobson, just outside of Grand Rapids. Deeply rooted in Northern Minnesota, she embraces the up-north lifestyle—one defined by outdoor adventure, close-knit communities, and a genuine appreciation for the simple things that make life meaningful.
Bethany graduated from Rosemount High School, earned her nursing degree from Northland Community & Technical College (NCTC) in Thief River Falls, and later completed her real estate education through Kaplan.
Before transitioning into real estate, Bethany built a meaningful career in nursing—an experience that deeply shaped her passion for service, empathy, and supporting others through major life transitions.
Her inspiration to pursue real estate stems from a core belief that homeownership can create stability, independence, and long-term well-being for families. She’s passionate about guiding clients through the home-buying and selling process with clarity, patience, and genuine care.
What sets Bethany apart is her combined background in both healthcare and real estate. Her experience gives her a unique perspective on how a home can support comfort, accessibility, and long-term needs. With over 15 years of life spent in Northern Minnesota, she also understands the region’s culture and opportunities—whether you're seeking lakeshore living, recreation space, hunting land, or a quiet place to call home, Bethany brings personal insight and practical knowledge to every client she serves.

Outside of real estate, Bethany loves spending time with her friends and family. She lives with her husband and their three young children, and together they enjoy fishing, four-wheeling, and exploring the outdoors. She’s a big fan of Ohio State football and NHL hockey, and she continues to stay connected to the nursing community by working occasional shifts—maintaining a meaningful tie to healthcare while dedicating her focus and energy to serving her clients in real estate.
