About Anthony Guzman

I was born and raised in St. Paul, Minnesota, and I’m proud to now call Eagan home. Growing up here shaped my values, my work ethic, and my desire to help people in my own community. I graduated from Burnsville High School and went on to earn my Associate’s Degree in Business Marketing and Management from Normandale Community College.

Before stepping into real estate, I was balancing life as a full-time student while working full time at Emerson. Managing both taught me discipline, responsibility, and how to stay focused under pressure. Those years really defined who I am: someone who doesn’t shy away from hard work.

I chose real estate because of the endless potential it offers—both professionally and personally. I’ve always been drawn to industries where your growth is directly tied to your effort, and real estate is exactly that. This career gives me the opportunity to meet new people, learn every day, and help others during one of the biggest decisions of their lives.

What sets me apart is my ambition and the way I show up for my clients. I’m proactive, driven, and genuine in every interaction. Whether clients are buying their first home or making a big move, I want them to feel supported and confident from start to finish.

I also want my clients to remember me long after closing. Staying in touch is important to me—checking in during the holidays, celebrating life updates, and being a resource whenever they have questions or need guidance. I don’t want to be the agent they worked with once; I want to be the person they trust for years to come.

Looking ahead, my goals are simple but powerful: help as many people as possible find their future home, grow financially, and become the best agent I can be.

Outside of real estate, I’m passionate about working out and staying active. I’m a huge Minnesota Vikings and Timberwolves fan, and I love watching football and basketball. I also enjoy spending time with friends and family and making the most of every moment with them.
