About Annessa Fackelman

I was born and raised in Ham Lake, Minnesota, and I’m grateful to still call this community home today. I graduated from Blaine High School and later stepped into a long career with Walgreens, eventually becoming a Store Manager.

For years, I worked 80-hour weeks, pouring everything I had into a job that built someone else’s success. It was during that time that I realized if I was going to work that hard, I wanted my dedication to benefit my own family and future—not just a corporation. That realization is what led me to real estate.

Today, I’m proud to do work that allows me to serve people in a meaningful way. My deep local knowledge, genuine relationships, and passion for supporting seniors and their families are at the heart of my business. I bring care, communication, and compassion to every step of the process, making complex transitions feel more manageable and supported. Helping people navigate big life changes—especially later-in-life moves—is something I consider a privilege.

I want my clients to remember me as someone who truly cared about them, not just their transaction. Someone who listened, showed up, followed through, and made their lives a little easier during an important transition. I hope they remember my honesty, my heart, and the steady support I offered every step of the way.

Professionally, my goal is to continue growing as both a real estate agent and a senior transition guide. I want to build a business that truly makes a difference for families by offering clarity, compassion, and confidence during some of life’s biggest decisions. Personally, I’m focused on creating more balance—more time for the people I love, more space to grow in my faith, and more opportunities to build a life and legacy I’m proud of.

Outside of real estate, I love photography, puzzles, and hitting the road to explore new places with beautiful views. I have five adult children and three grandsons, and any chance I get to share those hobbies—or simply spend time with them—is pure happiness for me.
