About Amelia Smith

Hi, I’m Amelia. I’m originally from Adams, Minnesota, a small town that taught me the value of community early on. My family eventually made a big move to Byron, which opened my eyes to how impactful a change of home and environment can be. I graduated from Byron High School, and now I’m proud to call Coon Rapids home.

While most people take time after high school to figure out what they want to do, I already knew the path I wanted. That move from Adams to Byron, along with the classes I took in high school, sparked my passion for real estate and made me realize how life-changing a home can be.

Because of that clarity, I obtained my real estate license the exact same week I graduated, something that sets me apart and reflects how committed I am to this career.

From day one, I’ve been dedicated to becoming the best agent I can be. Honesty is at the core of how I work. I want every client to feel fully informed, never unsure, and always confident that I’m telling them everything they need to know. Being straightforward, transparent, and dependable is how I build trust and how I hope people remember me long after the closing table.

Looking ahead, I have big goals for both my personal and professional life. Personally, I hope to own several rental properties, including Airbnb homes, and eventually travel the world. Professionally, my aim is to grow each year, outdo my own sales, and continue building a reputation as someone who works hard, cares deeply, and delivers results.

Outside of real estate, I love spending time with my family and enjoying the activities that bring me joy. I spend way too much time doing my nails, I love downhill skiing, and I’m happiest outdoors in the summertime whether it’s hiking, boating, or just soaking up the sun. I’m a big concert-goer, too. And a fun fact most people don’t know: I can juggle and was actually on a juggling team!

Real estate may be my career, but helping people is truly my passion. I’m grateful every day to do what I love and make a real difference in the lives of my clients.
