With nearly a decade of real estate experience, Alyssa Schoonover brings extensive industry knowledge and an unwavering passion for helping clients achieve their homeownership dreams. Her commitment to excellence is matched only by her drive to deliver exceptional results.  
A Shoreview native, Alyssa now resides in Lakeville with her partner, Shawn, their four children, and their rescue cat Sonny and dog Vito.  
Before real estate, Alyssa was part-owner of a body shop in Seattle, continuing her family’s 80-year legacy in the automotive industry. Inspired by her love for interior design and her own home-buying experience, she made the leap into real estate and hasn’t looked back since.   Having personally navigated the buying process, selling a home, relocating, and managing rental properties, she understands the excitement and challenges that come with each step and offers a well-rounded perspective. She has a sharp eye for staging and design and loves helping clients see a home’s true potential. Known for her friendly nature, clear communication, and responsiveness, she makes the real estate process smooth and stress-free.  
Outside of work, Alyssa loves remodeling her home, exploring new destinations, riding dirt bikes, attending concerts, capturing moments through photography, and spending time outdoors with her kids. She is also deeply committed to giving back and actively volunteers with the Epilepsy Foundation.
