About Alex Neterer

I’m originally from El Paso, Texas, and now live in Minneapolis—a city I fell in love with after moving here for college. I attended Bethany Global University in Bloomington, where I earned a double major in Biblical Theology and Intercultural Studies.

Before real estate, I was a full-time college student living in Garissa, Kenya. I returned to the U.S. at the end of 2019, graduated in the spring of 2020, and immediately began working toward my real estate license. While living in Kenya—and later in North Minneapolis—I saw firsthand the ripple effects that come when families don’t have the stability of homeownership.

As a Mexican American, bilingual agent, I’m passionate about serving Hispanic families, including ITIN buyers and first-time homeowners. I adapt my communication to each client and advocate fiercely so they feel supported and confident every step of the way.

I hope my clients remember me as a patient, friendly listener who guided them through uncertainty and helped turn their homeownership dream into a reality. My goal is never just to close a transaction—it’s to support families in building stability, wealth, and a sense of belonging through real estate.

Professionally, I’m working toward helping more sellers, closing at least 30 homes a year, and offering even more value to my clients post-closing. Personally, I want to reach a point where my husband can join me in real estate, purchase another property in the next couple of years, and create more freedom for our family to travel.

Outside of work, I’m a mom to a joyful toddler boy, and I love spending time with family and friends. I’m a bit of a travel addict and always experimenting with matcha or specialty espresso drinks. A fun fact about me: I almost never wear sweatpants or hoodies—I’m happiest in heels.
